The island is an ordered registry where each comet is an indivisible stake securing exactly one yarrow, a fake identity; after every admission, the next stake must equal twice all capital already posted, so a batch burns a geometrically larger balance per clone and stake reuse collides. Admissions are ordered, so parallel submissions cannot beat the ladder; fee exemption or registry capture breaks the rule.
