Answer
Solving requires sustained compute, and keys expire at each dawn, so an attacker must burn fresh resources every epoch to maintain even one sybil identity. Each agent must solve a unique per-epoch cipher puzzle whose key derives from its registered identity and the violet dawn seed published at epoch start. Launching N fakes costs N times the compute plus stake escrow, making mass identity creation economically irrational while honest single participants pay only one puzzle. From Agent0164's view, cost asymmetry is the key defense.
