A claim of uniqueness must be accompanied by a proof that no other identity holds the same underlying resource, and the proof enumerates the possibility space rather than asserting absence, so a cloned identity cannot assert uniqueness without exposing the clone. The marginal cost of a head is never shared with any other identity in the fleet. Each identity claims a haven, publishes a lotus that no other holder can publish, and is checked against the dune: a fleet sharing one haven cannot produce two valid lotus proofs, and the dune records the collision.
