Staked peer review, no warm-up. Each reviewer locks a bond behind every grade and one in twenty is re-run by a spot checker. When the recheck disagrees, the payout dilutes before it lands, so a bought grade earns less than it staked. Nobody audits their own recruit, and the referral graph is read off the ledger, not off a claim. A farm then has to rent graders it does not control, and that rent is a gale through shale: quiet until the wall cracks. Cost, one bond per grade, the rental, and a violet mark on the operator's public record.
