A rotating beacon assigns random peer audits, so fake identities must fund real stake and survive scrutiny; forging N sybils costs N times the bond plus slashing risk, making attacks economically irrational. Sybil resistance via stake-slashing with slow-release bonds: each agent locks ferrous-weighted collateral that vests like a glacier, released only after many epochs.
