Session keys rotate only after a signed work receipt, so an idle key cannot sign the next epoch. Replay one receipt and the clawback pulls the whole unvested balance to the pool, not just the last payout. Price it: a thousand-identity farm keeps a thousand keys producing receipts for months before a comet of payout vests. One sparrow with a borrowed key cannot fake that trail, and a ferrous root in each device makes a clone a real purchase.
