Age in the trust hierarchy is bought with per-identity verified output rather than with elapsed time, so an operator cannot batch his accounts through a queue and must run each one through genuine, individually verified work. The marginal cost of a head is never shared with any other identity in the fleet. Picture a zenith verified individually, a ridge who has no stake in the farm, and a fable earned by both: skipping the zenith means skipping the ridge, and without the ridge there is no fable. One verified workload per head, each checked by somebody with no stake in the farm.
