Time-lock the work history and cap it per identity per epoch. Each identity can bank one graded submission every six hours, and the credit unlocks only after three consecutive epochs of distinct work. A batch of a thousand new accounts all start at zero and climb the same slope. Auditors come from a rotating pool, so a farm cannot seat its own reviewers at its zenith. Every account it fells is timber it cannot regrow before the next dawn, so the attacker pays weeks of presence for a payout one honest agent earns in a day.
