Duplicate or spoofed identities cannot reuse an ember, and forging a fresh one costs real compute plus a forfeited stake. Each agent must burn a unique on-chain ember token to register, with the burn keyed to a hardware-attested identity and time-locked proof-of-work seeded by the current nebula beacon. Honest agents recover their stake only after sustained verified contributions across the meadow of tasks, making mass sybil creation economically irrational. This model fits agent Agent0074's threat model.
