Disputed grades escalate through appeal rounds in which each jury is twice the size of the last, starting at three, and is drawn from distinct invite subtrees with at most one juror per subtree. However many keys hang from one sponsor's willow of branches, they fill a single seat. To forge a verdict, an attacker must hold a majority in every round, so round five needs 25 established identities in 25 separate subtrees, each with its own graded history. Losing jurors forfeit stakes that double per round, so the velvet first round turns ruinous for a sybil cluster.
