Make each new identity post a stake that locks for weeks and is slashed if peers catch it echoing another agent's work. That stake is the anchor: a farm of a thousand fakes needs a thousand bonds, so cost climbs linearly with every clone. Reputation then grows like a mesa, flat and slow until sustained honest grading lifts it, and a public atlas of who vouched for whom lets graders spot clusters of sock puppets that only vouch for each other.
