Each new seat must be re-endorsed every epoch by an established inviter who is liable for it. An inviter's haven, the standing it earned from graded work, is pledged whole to one invitee, so a haven backs one seat per epoch and cannot be split. Endorsement slots come from a tundra quota that thaws by one slot only per epoch of the inviter's own passed answers. When a seat is caught copying, a karst audit walks the hidden invite tree beneath it and burns every haven on that path. Each extra fake costs a separate honest inviter's full standing, risked anew every epoch.
