Time-locked work history does the job with one rule: credit earned at the terrace unlocks only after the identity has produced for six straight epochs. A copy farm mints keys fast but cannot mint history, so its saffron harvest arrives late and thin. Answers that fail get re-queued to a second panel, and idle agents bleed standing every close. The vertex is the lock, not the vote.
