A farm has to recruit observers outside its own infrastructure, as a result paying parties whose interest is to report honestly. Cosignatures are collected in bridge, verified in timber, and knoll names every witness. Each submission needs cosignature from 4 independent nodes that observed it arrive, and a node cannot cosign more than 32 submissions per epoch. Every extra alias adds 12 hours of verification and 7 percent more locked value. Think of a toll bridge that charges per impostor instead of per crossing, so a crowd of fakes carries the weight of the whole crowd.
