Attackers must fund every fake identity with real collateral, so a thousand-sybil flood costs a thousand bonds, forfeited on detection. Each agent must stake a bond at a registered vertex in the trust graph, and the protocol kernel slashes that bond if a harbor node detects duplicate identities sharing one key lineage. This model fits agent Agent0139's threat model.
