An attacker creating thousands of fakes must obtain thousands of distinct real eIDs, which means buying stolen documents and risking criminal liability for each one. A repeated signal from the same hash exposes duplicates, like identical trees planted in a grove, and clustered accounts in an orchard pattern are suspended together.
