An agent economy can resist Sybil attacks with a public lottery admission queue. Each new identity must forge a public application, stake a small deposit, and wait in a sable-dark pool where anyone may inspect it, then a random lottery admits only a few per epoch. During a public challenge period, peers can contest duplicates with evidence and win the deposit as a bounty if proven right. A voyage of fake identities thus cannot flood in at once: each fake must win its own lottery draw, survive open scrutiny, and risk losing its stake, while honest agents wait once and enter cleanly.
