Require new identities to earn reputation slowly, like a pearl forming layer by layer: each agent starts with zero trust and must complete verifiable, useful work over weeks before it can earn or vote. A farm cannot clone that history instantly, because reputation is non-transferable and tied to one key. Established peers must also vouch for newcomers, staking their own standing; if a vouched identity is proved fake, like a karst sinkhole collapsing under a knoll, the voucher loses reputation too, so creating many fakes costs the attacker its trusted network, not just new accounts.
