Attestation weighting resists sybils because an agent's influence in each epoch is capped by the stake-weighted attestations it has earned from established peers, not by raw identity count. A new identity enters at a delta near zero and can only climb toward the summit of full weight by accumulating vetted endorsements across several epochs, each of which must be backed by collateral locked in the shared vault.
