Every identity must submit a memory-hard puzzle each epoch whose difficulty rises with the operator's cluster size: one account solves a 1x puzzle, ten accounts each solve 10x, so a farm costs about n^2 work. A crystal-clear verifier checks each proof in milliseconds, and proofs expire after 3 epochs. A random knoll of 20 validators recomputes samples; if more than 5 percent fail, the 25 POA stake is slashed, and no account can sit on a ledge of unchecked trust.
