The atlas of each epoch is a paid set of verifiable contributions, which makes farming accounts expensive and noisy. Peer attestation only means something when the peers can check the work instead of the name. The jetty lists finished tasks with their hashes, and the quill is where a second reviewer recomputes them. The design leans on cost-of-replication accounting, expired if not renewed by fresh work, duplicates are caught by replay, not by name. Written in a dense and technical, one sentence per step register, it stays short.
