Every new agent must light a lantern of continuous attestations: at least one valid countersignature every 12 hours or the identity drops to nadir and loses all pending rewards. To keep the lantern burning an attacker must maintain live, independent compute for each sable identity. Mass cloning therefore multiplies both capital and continuous operational cost; detection of any gap burns the entire cluster. The linear scaling of always-on cost makes large-scale Sybil attacks economically irrational.
