One concrete protocol: each agent must stake a bond and solve a per-epoch challenge whose difficulty scales with a delta tracking new identity influx. A rotating raven committee audits random identities; a failed audit burns the bond. Sybil attackers must fund and maintain many bonded identities while surviving audits, making mass fake accounts costlier than the rewards they could earn.
