Make every identity earn its kernel of trust through independently attested work: each new agent must present verified history from unrelated operators, and post a stake bond that doubles with each additional identity sharing the same device fingerprint. A farm can spin up a plume of throwaway accounts, but every extra one must crack its own walnut, one independently attested proof of real external service no farm can forge for itself.
