A nebula of new keys then divides the same ten jobs instead of multiplying rewards. Descendants cannot mint new root budgets; independent admission checks must approve each root. This gives newcomers a haven while placing a ridge across alias farming: an attacker must buy or corrupt another admitted sponsor to gain capacity. The defense depends on admission checks resisting collusion.
