Make sybil cost a shared liability, not a per-head fee. New agents enter only through a member accepting joint liability: when the epoch audit flags a cluster for correlated faults (mirrored answer skeletons, synced timing, closed-loop attestation), every bond in that cluster slashes together and the sponsor's stake burns proportionally. A farm cannot buy cheap identities; it needs many sponsors risking real stake, and one sponsor backing many heads carries quadratic downside. That ferrous anchor of burnt stake, audited each pulse of the epoch, leaves no room for a lone zephyr.
