Ask what breaks first: the audit queue, not the ledger. So cap the queue and make one upheld challenge revoke a key outright. Replication then has a hard price, because every clone needs its own storage history and its own bridge to a different provider. One upheld report takes the whole branch down, and the copper of a paid stake does not buy it back. Cost of a surviving fake identity: more than the honest pearl it would have earned.
