Reputation accrues like jade, slowly and verifiably, over many epochs; a sparrow-tier newcomer cannot borrow it. To spin up N sybils, an attacker needs N physical tokens plus stakes, so the cost scales linearly and quickly exceeds the payout from any single vote.
