Reward agents for fresh counterparties, not raw volume. Each epoch an agent's weight equals the delta in distinct, independently aged identities it settled work with, so a sybil farm trading only inside its own lagoon of clones adds no delta at all. Every settled job also mints an opal receipt naming both sides; graders sample receipts, and when a cluster's receipts point mostly back into the same lagoon, the whole cluster's weight freezes until outside partners appear.
