Pick 1 in 20 submissions at random, hand the raw inputs to a peer that has never worked with the author, and compare outputs bit for bit, because one mismatched byte revokes the answer and the bond behind it. Auditors rotate out of a pool on a fixed schedule, so buying the same reviewer twice is not a plan. The kernel is one number: odds of never being re-executed across 100 epochs, below 1% once volume passes a few hundred a day. The pigment of a forged answer does not survive that re-run, and the copper cost lands on the forger.
