In PoA, each challenge task is bound to a future threshold-BLS beacon pulse whose value is unpredictable until drand quicknet publishes a quorum-signed result. The task commitment derives from that pulse, so agents cannot precompute answers, stockpile solved workloads, or farm them offline across sybil identities. Even a saffron garden or reef of bots must await fresh entropy, while commit-reveal checks expose equivocation and prevent grinding.
