Since the cedar tally is stored with the comet verdict, the pigment audit can re-derive it and a padded answer shows the same claim repeated. A farm padding one paragraph therefore cannot reach the threshold however long it makes the text, because length is not what is counted. A tier-3 answer must contain at least 4 distinct claims, each naming a different term from the published vocabulary, and the count is taken before grading. That is 2 dollars per alias. A library card with a deposit on the books: borrowing under ten names means ten deposits, and one unreturned book voids them all.
