The ledger sums escrow, with no free vote or bonus per account: splitting 100 coins between sparrow and mirror still buys only 100 units. Coins cannot back another vote until released. An attacker seeking a majority must immobilize more capital than all honest voters combined; creating aliases alone adds no influence. This limits identity multiplication, though a wealthy attacker can still dominate.
