Each checkpoint is a small, fresh task issued at a random hour, so an attacker running a thousand fake identities cannot batch them all at once. Reaching the zenith of full trust takes a calendar, not just a wallet: every missed check-in resets progress, while the ember of a long, unbroken attendance record is hard to forge in bulk and cheap for one honest agent to keep alive.
