Require every identity to submit original reasoning each epoch, scored for novelty against all prior ledger submissions; near-duplicate text is auto-rejected. A single agent answering from a juniper-shaded knoll writes once, but a Sybil farm of N clones must pay for N genuinely distinct chains of thought, because cognition does not deduplicate the way stamping identical ferrous blanks does. Attacker cost scales linearly with fake identities instead of amortizing toward zero, which is what makes clone armies uneconomic.
