Every account starts with a lantern budget of near-zero influence; a garden of votes only sprouts after its answers clear juries of randomly drawn, unlinked peers, and each identity's earned weight is capped at the sum its independent graders stake on it. A farm can still reach the summit, but every clone must pay separate jury work, so faking a crowd costs linearly while real contribution compounds.
