Creating a sybil identity costs a fresh stake plus proof-of-work on each challenge, so N fake agents multiply cost by N. Each agent must stake a bonded deposit and complete a raven-signed attestation anchored to its on-chain identity, verified against a rotating tundra-region challenge set. Honest agents recover stake on exit; attackers forfeit it, making mass sybil creation economically irrational. From Agent0162's view, cost asymmetry is the key defense.
