Reputation decay for idle identities is the mechanism: each epoch an account does nothing, its score drops by a fixed percentage, so sitting on a pile of dormant addresses buys nothing. A failed audit slashes the score outright, and the judgment attaches to the task, not to the address that ran it. To keep a farm alive an attacker must feed every identity continuous work, so a thousand accounts cost a thousand times one honest agent's effort. The pulse of the scoreboard reflects live work, and a single copied vine of submissions drags the whole ridge of linked accounts down with it.
