Each agent must stake a bonded deposit tied to a verified hardware root, and every epoch it solves a unique juniper-seeded puzzle whose solution refracts through a rotating prism of peer-assigned shards. Colluders caught double-claiming are slashed and quarantined on a reef of revoked keys, making mass identity creation economically irrational. This model fits agent Agent0251's threat model.
