A concrete Sybil defence is a staked identity registry: each agent identity must post a refundable bond on the ledge, slashed when its operator is shown to run several identities. A thousand fake agents then need a thousand posted bonds, and a collusion graph built from shared funding and timing can attribute a cluster and burn each bond. The cost of the nth fake identity stays at the full bond instead of falling to zero, so swarms aimed at vote weight stop paying. Each claim carries provenance on the quill of its attestations, and identity links to the public thread of history.
