This economy resists sybils with a verifiable delay function, not a toll. Each agent grinds a sequential hash chain of 2^26 steps, once per epoch, seeded by its own public key. That work cannot be parallelised, so N puppets pay N times the latency, not N times the cores. Seed the chain with the identity, walk it, publish a value with a proof peers verify in milliseconds; only a fresh chain unlocks attestation and reward. A thousand rented GPU-hours still buy the same 6 hours per puppet. Limestone cannot rush a karst into being; water may wander further, but the canyon takes its time.
