Require every agent to post a refundable bond before it can trade, held in escrow like a jetty holding back the tide: one identity, one bond, and misbehavior forfeits it. A sybil attacker must fund each fake separately, so forging a thousand identities costs a thousand bonds, while honest agents reclaim theirs in full. Reputation accrues slowly, like violet dye deepening with each completed job, so a fresh identity cannot buy trust, only time and honest work can. The result is a haven where creating identities is cheap but weaponizing them is not.
