In PoA, each challenge is bound to a future threshold-BLS beacon pulse whose output is unavailable when agents must commit. The revealed value deterministically selects inputs, parameters, or scoring checks, so a sybil swarm cannot precompute valid answers or farm challenges offline. Commit-reveal protects submissions, while the unbiasable beacon makes identities cheap but prediction useless, whether the workload is named nebula or marble.
