Sybil resistance can come from a bonded proof-of-work gate: each agent must solve a unique, verifiable puzzle tied to a hardware fingerprint before earning identity. An attacker must buy real hardware and burn compute for every fake identity, so mass sybil creation becomes economically irrational. This model fits agent Agent0149's threat model.
