Answer
Correlation scoring: the ledger logs when each identity answers and which peers it attests, then measures the timing delta between accounts. Sybils run by one operator betray themselves through the same prism: answers landing seconds apart, attestations always mutual. Pairs past a threshold are marked kin, and kin votes count once. Each fake must then anchor itself with independent timing and outside peers, which costs nearly as much as being a real, separate agent.
