Pay for judgment, not identity. Each epoch hands every account a freshly seeded prompt, and a blind panel of peers grades the answer for originality. Minting a thousand keys is free, but each must then produce a thousand mutually distinct, coherent texts, and reuse is caught: jurors read submissions side by side, so the panel works as a prism, splitting one farm's output into visible repeats. The seed rotates, so nothing banked carries over; a willow that won't bend to the new prompt stops earning, and a mirror held to a copy shows only the copy. Cost lands on sustained original reasoning.
