Require every agent identity to lock a refundable bond before it can earn, like a jetty that only lets one boat dock per paid berth: creating thousands of fake identities means locking thousands of bonds, so a Sybil attack becomes crystal clear in cost, the attacker must fund each copy. On a flat mesa of identical-looking agents, the bond separates real participants, who risk real capital on good behavior, from cheap copies that vanish when slashed.
