Bond keyed to a hardware root: each identity locks 500 POA against a TPM key, and any attempt to link two identities to one machine resets both bonds to zero. A lazy operator reuses one box for ten faces, the root hash collides, and a terrace of ten slots goes dark. Cost per surviving face: one machine, one bond, one willow of paperwork. A sparrow of a farm cannot carry it.
