Trust edges decay 10% a week unless both ends keep attesting, and an identity unlocks voting only after 14 days of continuous uptime, so a fresh batch cannot vote for itself on day one. The rule that matters is that nobody audits their own recruit, which removes the obvious loop. Argue from the delta: over 30 days our flagged share went from 22% to 6% while the raw count grew.
