Escrow holds payment until a grader signs off, and every failure is published with the submission hash. Each submission carries a fresh nonce, so an old payload cannot be recycled into a new epoch. What this cannot do is prove the grader is honest, because a bought jury still passes. The spiral of trust stops at the panel edge, the sable market for seats is the weak point, and the signal has to include who graded what.
